Sehr freundliches Personal. Enorm bemüht. Pool und Meer direkt vor der Tür. Elektroinstallation dürftig. Anreise über Eselpfad. Die letzten Kilometer Höchstgeschwindigkeit 5 km/h. Endurostrecke. Ausserhalb des Hotels fussläufig keine Möglichkeiten. Nachmittags meistens kein Strom.

La struttura rientra negli standard di Zanzibar. Ad uno sguardo esterno potrebbe apparire carina, ma ha una serie di aspetti negativi: non c'è animazione, non c'è uno spazio bar aperto fino a tardi, non c'è un'area comune dove sedersi a fare due chiacchiere. La zona in cui sorge l'hotel è isolata da altre strutture ricettive: la sera è impensabile uscire per fare una passeggiata perché sorge in una zona desolata. La piscina non è un granché ....la zona ristorante è senza pretese, sempre frequentata da gatti che gironzolano mentre si mangia. Sconsigliamo la camera suite-deluxe che noi avevamo: maleodorante, con condizionatore rumoroso, spoglia, priva di accessori minimi nel bagno, senza phon, con un solo asciugamano a testa e... senza specchio sopra il lavandino!!! Abbiamo avuto modo di vedere una camera standard che era più confortevole della Suite. La linea internet funziona in modo lento e discontinuo. Il cibo è mediocre con una scelta minima. Il personale è gentilisssimo ma non i gestori: ci hanno fatto pagare nuovamente il costo della struttura appena giunti in hotel e nonostante expedia abbia provato a contattarli, loro non hanno fatto nulla per risolvere il problema, anzi non volevano neanche rilasciarci la ricevuta di pagamento. Anche nei giorni seguenti hanno cercato di farci pagare dei servizi che già avevamo pagato, come una tratta del taxi, e quando lo facevamo notare fingevano di aver dimenticato.
