Cozy and comfortable apartment in Matera

The fully-equipped apartment, with 6 beds, is divided into different environments.
The ground floor consists of an open space with large dining area, with a comfortable double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and bidet. At the same level there is also a room with a double bed divisible into two single beds; Always on the ground floor, adjacent to the dining area, there is the kitchen which is equipped with all necessary utensils and detergents. Beyond the kitchen there is a further compartment where you will find washing machine.
On the mezzanine there is another double bedroom and a characteristic bathroom with shower and bidet. On request you can add a camping cot.
In the event that there are not more than two, guests can only use the ground floor with bed, dining, kitchen and bathroom, unless otherwise agreed.
The apartment is also equipped with a large private courtyard with a relaxation area and areserved parking.

TOURIST TAX
Please note that in Matera there is a tourist tax in force, equal to €2 per person for the first three days of stay.
EXTRA COSTS
For bookings of 2 people it is possible to request the preparation of 2 separate beds, in separate rooms, with a supplement of €20 total, to be paid at check-in.
It is also possible to have a cot for babies available with a supplement of €20
FURTHER INFORMATION
Guests will be guaranteed the availability of bathroom and bed linen, hairdryer, clothes horse, ironing board and iron.
The holiday home offers its guests, for the first 4 days of stay, a breakfast of bagged brioches, coffee, fruit juices, etc.
