Quick walk to Sassi, the castle, and breakfast in the common dining area. If you prefer a bus tour he has options for that as well. We found many food options within 5 minutes and a small fruit shop across the street.

There is no free parking nearby as stated on the website. There are many stairs to go up to the room.The owner of the site was kind but we were disappointed with the place. A room with a very small bathroom and a small shower that is not safe. There is no room service, the room is not cleaned or tidied up in the morning and towels are not changed. The breakfast is minimal with no cheese or sausage. One small piece of butter per guest. Very weak coffee not suitable for Italians. The TV is intermittent and not tuned. We were very disappointed even for a BB could be better !!

La struttura si trova vicino al centro storico di Matera e a pochi passi dal alla stazione ferroviaria. La posizione è molto comoda per visitare centro storico e i Sassi. La stanza ha tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno nella fantastica Matera. Il personale è molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Fa sentire gli ospiti come a casa.
