"This is essentially an apartment that has been converted into 3 bedrooms with individual ensuites a shared kitchen area, very clean but very noisy, The heating wasn’t on, the water was turned off in the early hours so hand washing after ablutions wasn’t available. First night the couple in the room next to me got very loudly amorous x 4 ( more energy than I have). Night 2 showers & toilets and neighbours on the above floors arguing. "A beautiful property. Very quiet and not far from the old city. Lorenzo was the perfect host. He is knowledgeable about the area and offered to drive us to town. He serves a full breakfast in site. A perfect 10!"

"My family was so impressed by this stay. We had a balcony yhat faced the padre Pio turret. Incredible at night .very nice religious touches throughout. Parking is in a public area and there is walk through incereible village. Will stay again."
