"The food was excellent. The staff were helpful and Friendly. The room was clean, although there was no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything and the shower was leaking at the joint and the temperature control was very sensitive going from warm to very hot with just a minute adjustment."

"Bed comfy. Room fairly clean but staining on bottom of shower curtain and pencil left on floor in bathroom. No hand soap or shower gel in room. Cold tap no proessure. Shower cold. Breakfast nice, but very small portions on the full english. Rotating toaster not working proeprly as bread gets stuck at back. This was a Best Western Hotel, and was AA 3 Stars. Not sure it would get 3 stars now. Overall, it served it purpose. It had a bar, but didn't serve food in the evening. "

"The hotel was in a perfect location for us. The room was clean and tidy and all staff were friendly whether they were cleaners, reception or bar and restaurant staff. The food was delicious we Will definitely be back"

"Stayed 1 night at the hotel. Got to our room to find dirty socks and clothes by the bed. The staff need to check the rooms properly. Television channels work intermittently."

"Most of Hotel staff were lovely and helpfull. Breakfast wasn't included so payed night before £12.50 instead of £19 pp. Racing bar very nice but are food order was messed up and took about 44 min for my pizza to turn up. Lovely pool with steam room and sauna"

"Room was a great size. Bed was super comfortable. Clean and tidy room, would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Facilities were good, but needed a good clean in the sauna and changing rooms. Breakfast was great, big variety of foods. Staff were friendly, hard working and helpful."

"Overall we had a lovely stay. Only complaint was that we were cold in the evenings…it was less than 10° outside and the bar had air-conditioning on! We got really cold. The restaurant was also cold, so we only ate there the first night. The food was good, spoilt only by my poached eggs being cool the first day, and when I asked for them to be hot the second morning, they were only just warm! Otherwise a lovely breakfast. Shower very good, and plenty of hot water for baths to warm us up!"

"This property does not look much from the outside. However, one can’t judge a book by its cover. This property has been newly renovated. The staff are all exceptional and very helpful. The good is good. The amenities are great. A fabulous breakfast included in the price. Buffet continental and a-la-carte hot meals all included. Overly garden area. Very nice bar and lounge uk relax and a great location. Highly recommend."
