We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Residence Inn location. Rooms were clean, spacious and we'll equipped. We slept on comfortable beds and air conditioning was quiet. Front desk staff was helpful and accomodating, housekeeping on our floor were friendly. We are especially grateful to management as we had left a very personal,sentimental and valuable items in our room, they recovered them and safely secured them till our eventual return visit in two weeks. Convenient and new hotel

I've stayed here before on business and it was a good stay then and an even better stay this time around. Check-in was super easy and quick and the front desk staff was professional and friendly. Our room was adequate and most importantly, the shower and water pressure was great! (We had problems at the La Quinta nearby). I would recommend this hotel. Good value and a pleasant stay. (Next time we'll try the indoor heated pool).

Overall, the customer service was awesome, and the rooms were very clean.

This hotel is great and the staff are amazing. The area around the hotel (outside property line) is a little rough due to the train and tram traffic, as well as the occasional homeless person, but the hotel grounds are well manicured and safe. The hotel is very clean and well kept and the staff are great at making sure that you have everything that you need. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed, Breakfast was simple, always hot and they never ran out, even until the end of serving time. The staff was extremely polite and quite helpful as we needed directions and referrals for activities. I would highly recommend this location, especially because of its close proximity to the freeway, shopping and activities.

Stayed one night with 2 children. The hotel was very clean. The kids loved the indoor pool and breakfast in the morning. All the staff was very friendly. And a huge plus the Wi-Fi was very easy to access and had a excellent signal. I would definitely stay here again.

I travel to Sacramento every month for work and I CHOOSE to stay at this hotel. I always have a great experience here but I have dealt with Liz at the front desk 2 times now and she is always so rude to me. The last time I checked out I was not greeted, acknowledged or even looked in the eyes. She was taking to another worked who was the one who actually acknowledged me and he did not work at the front seat. She was so rushed and acted as though I was bothering her. I enjoyed my stay. I came down from Ontario California to stay in Sacramento and this hotel provided with an excellent location. Very close to shops and restaurants. If I go out there again I promise I will book with the Marriott.
