"I was a little concerned about how our stay would go due to some recent scathing reviews, but ended up being really pleased overall. Everything was super clean, and our room looked to be pretty updated. Beds were comfy, everything was functional. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the elevator was older and creaky, and the seating in the breakfast area isn't horribly comfortable/accessible if you prefer chairs without arms, but they were doable. Ultimately nothing worth docking a star for, considering the price point. Will definitely stay here again!"

"When we arrived my heart just sank. The staff was super nice and helpful but it was just so gross. The hallway smelled terrible, there were questionable people outside/around. Then we get to the room and it didn't feel clean. The bedding had stains, the toilet seat was burnt(?!!!), the door to the hall looked like the side had been axed, we had to keep the window open because of an odor, etc. We literally slept there only bc I knew I couldn't get a refund. Didn't use anything we didn't have to and jetted out the next day. I was so embarrased bc the trip was for my sister's bday and this is what I had to offer her on the first night. Please know I'm not a picky person, but this was so uncomfortable."

"Nice clean room with good lighting. I never order room service but had a super busy day and knew it would be a long time before I could eat, so I odered breakfast and it was delivered quickly, hot and very tasty."

"As I open the door to my room, I am blown away by the strongest blast of weed smell. As if 5 people had just lit up in the room less than 5 minutes ago. I opened the window and then looked in the bathroom and saw so much tub scum that was black over the whole tub. That was it. I had to find a new hotel and as soon as I could book a new hotel, I walked out of the room and left the hotel. I wasn't expecting the Ritz but I shouldn't have to enter a party zone weed den with black tub scum."

"Booked because it was close to OHSU. We got in a bit late but it was easy to find check in was simple and beds were comfortable. The area felt safe. "
