There were a couple of minor issues but these were resolved very quickly as soon as we advised the agent (Philip and Jason). "When we arrived a notice said we could order logs for the hot tub but on contacting the person he was away until the following week so a bit disappointing Also it stated shampoo body wash etc would be available but we had nothing The overall experience was brilliant just a couple of little tweaks needed "
