It has 3 bedrooms: 1 suite with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom, combined living / dining room, kitchen, laundry area with barbecue, fan ceiling in the bedrooms and living room, it has WiFi and screen protection in all the necessary environments, covered garage for one vehicle and a second space in the open patio, ample ballroom, play ground. The apartment is on the second floor and the condo has no lift.

O dono do imóvel atendeu super bem, tirou dúvidas necessárias, o imóvel atende perfeitamente 10 pessoas, possui toda a estrutura necessária para essa quantidade de pessoas, apenas o síndico reclamou de termos 2 vagas para carro, sendo que o proprietário liberou pra usarmos por meio de anúncio desse sistema, mas depois utilizamos essas 2 vagas sem problema. Simplesmente gosto que ambas as parte cumpram de maneira justa, tanto o anfitrião como o locatário. No geral, atendeu a expectativa e tem uma boa localização o apartamento.

Apartamento aconchegante, espaçoso perto do centro e da praia, amamos se der ano que vem voltarei. Só tenho agradecer o dono mt atencioso sempre pronto nos que precisávamos.

Honesto, vale o custo/benefício.

Apartamento bom e muito bem localizado. Prédio e apartamento muito limpos. Alguns móveis estão bem antigos, colchões de casal razoáveis. Ventiladores de teto não giram o suficiente para refrescar, precisam de uma verificação. Banheiros reformados e muito bons. Sacada excelente! Redes de proteção nas janelas e telas mosquiteiras excelentes!

Imóvel estrategicamente muito bem localizado com acesso rápido a várias conveniências.

Apartamento funcional, cômodos de tamanho e distribuição excelentes. Equipamentos em ordem e funcionando. Orientações deixadas pelo proprietário dentro do imóvel válidas e úteis. Prédio instalado em excelente e amplo espaço próprio, com extrema facilidade de acesso e manobras.
