"Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. "the exterior of the property is unkept. Veranda area needs a good clean and tidy-up of vegetation. it would make it so much more enjoyable to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. Interior was clean and tidy enough. Adequate internal area for 2 adults and a preschooler, when going to the beach is main purpose. Bed was good. Warm and good facilities."
