"The room was lovely and clean, and very comfortably furnished.
Anne, the owner, contacted us with very clear instructions about access to the property and about breakfast the following morning, She was the only member of staff we met, and she was friendly, warm and helpful in person.
The refreshments in the room were varied and plentiful, and the breakfast - prepared by Anne - was delicious and offered a choice to suit every palate and appetite.
We were disappointed only to discover that the B&B is now no longer in operation, but Anne has dog-friendly holiday cottages in the village, which would suit us even better in the future.
There was no allocated parking, but we were able to park conveniently close to the property.
A short but very pleasant stay was had by us both."
