車イスの友人とホテルに行きましたが、対応がかなりの不親切でビックリしました。 ホテルの室内がイヤな臭いがした為 エアコンを見たらカビだらけでした。 非常に残念でした こちらには、もう宿泊する事はないと思います。

チェックイン時、スタッフの言う通り利用番号を押したが違っていたり、部屋着の事を伝えなかったり、ツインの部屋なのにダブルと案内したり、とにかく適当すぎてイライラしました。また、車椅子利用の人間を乗せていたのだが、運転手が車椅子利用でないと平面駐車場の利用は出来ないと言うなぞのルールを押し付けられたのも不快だった。 駐車場担当の人の話し方、態度が非常に冷たく不快でしかなかった。

No customer service in this hotel!

Customer service is not provided or offered in this hotel. Customers do the check in and checkout themselves on a machine and if you arrive 10 or 15 minutes earlier from check-in time (3pm) you are told to wait until check-in time. No appreciation how far you've come from you have to wait! And this is the service in this hotel. Only water is free everything else you pay. Not for Europeans this hotel ☝️

コスパ良し

周囲の宿の価格が高騰しており、唯一リーズナブルな価格で空きがあったこちらの喫煙ルームに宿泊しました。 タバコは吸わないし臭いも嫌いなので戦々恐々しながら泊まりましたが、臭いは全く気にならず、ストレスなく宿泊することができました。
