"Sandwich Inn & Suites was a very charming budget stay. Upon arriving, the grounds were very well maintained with tons of charm. We stayed in unit 6, and it was nice. A decent size room with a queen bed. The place is an old road motel style that was thoughtfully updated nicely. No noise from the neighboring units that shared common walls. Either well insulated or we just had quiet neighbors. The included breakfast was ok. Definitely a step above a continental breakfast in a major chain, but not a huge step. Eggs were cooked in a microwave. Coffee was decent. Rooms were very clean, except for the floors. Mopping the LVP floors apparently is not on the list for housecleaning. No trash or debris, but within 5 minutes of walking around in socks, the bottoms of said socks were black. The bed was really, really stiff. We did end up going to a nearby Target to purchase a foam topper for the second night; that did make the bed a little more tolerable. All in all, I would recommend the place, but management should probably get with housekeeping and talk about adding mopping to the to-do list between guests."
