"My stay was perfect for what I needed, which was a one night stay arriving late and leaving early in the morning. The rate was very reasonable considering many other hotels and motels in the suburbs of Chicago were either sold out or extremely expensive due to the Marathon. There was a stuffy odor upon entering my room as though it hadn't been used for a while, but it was clean. All the very basic essentials were there, except for any hangers in the closet area. The bathroom sink was newer as was the carpet and flooring. The television was on and welcoming when I entered, but the remote only let me change channels and volume - no guide, sleep, menu, etc. was available. The wall air conditioning/heating unit kept the room at a comfortable temperature during the night, and coffee was served in the lobby in the morning. Plenty of free parking and friendly staff."

"My only problem was when we landed in town, we could not reach the front desk of our hotel. We kept being routed to Marriott reservations or AI. It was extremely infuriating. We were trying determine if we should go to a restaurant downtown before going to the hotel--a simple 2 minute interchange that turned into an unnecessary hassle for no good reason. Otherwise the hotel personnel and accommodations couldn't have been better. Thanks"

"The room was big. It had a huge bathtub and a separate shower. The beds were comfortable too. They charge you for amenities and that is the gym, dining, and casino. They should pay you. The casino is very expensive to eat at and the food was just OK. If they had microwaves in the room, I'd say bring your own food but they don't. The staff in the hotel, dining/ casino are not very friendly."
