"We had an amazing stay on Oct 23.as we returned from Singapore. As we were checking in, we were told we were receiving a complimentary room upgrade to the Penthouse suite. What??? I don't know what we did to deserve it, but it was such an amazing surprise. The room was beautiful! Thank you to the kind and friendly staff for a much-needed relaxing night. We will definitely stay again during our next trip to Vancouver or next layover. "

"Airports shuttle was easy to find. I only stayed one night, about 7 hrs (10pm-5am) between flights. It would be nice if the gym, pool or restaurant was open 24 hours or that the shuttle service starts before 6 AM but for a quick stop, close to hotel and easy check-in process it was great. I did get a Jacuzzi room so was able to relax in a Jacuzzi tub before bed, do know there is an older and new part to hotel. Although I was in the older part, the rooms are very spacious and clean."

"I happy to see that there was actual plates and cutlery. Wherever I have stayed in the past, they only have paper plates.. I am vegetarian, there were sausages and eggs for meat eaters. It would be good if there is something fir vegetarians also, like hashbrowns?"
