The property was as pictured. Grounds were excellently maintained and customer service was very attentive. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Exceptional per usual! We love staying at the Whaler, the condo option is great for families that aren’t trying to eat out each meal and it’s in a great location by Black Rock for snorkeling, plenty of restaraunt options and next door to Whalers Village for plenty of shopping options.

From the moment we landed in Lana’i we were greeted by welcoming Four Seasons Ambassadors. It was a short shuttle ride to the breathtaking resort. We were welcomed by a Ukulele player, a wet washcloth, a Hawaiin lei and a fruit beverage. Since there was a group arriving with us, Flora told us she would get us checked in. First time in Maui and first time staying at the Four Seasons and the experience was awesome. Hotel and staff are very helpful and nice throughout our stay. Complimentary bottles of water and Nespresso coffee/tea available in the room. Also, complimentary juice and water available in the lobby.. The best family rental ever. For the price compared to all the other resorts you get the most bang for your buck: location, FULL KITCHEN, laundry, guest services, beach access, shopping, and the most beautiful ocean with snorkeling magic galore. We saw sharks turtles and fish by Black Rock. It was amazing. Our daughter loved her first trip to Hawaii. We will definitely be back to west Maui and highly recommend the Whaler.

Beautiful property in a perfect location. Super clean and amenities galore. The suites are perfect for a family. Towels for pool and beach are provided, along with sunscreen, beach toys, snorkeling gear for kids, Towels for day trips are provided from valet. 10/10

The unit was clean and very well appointed. We had a villa on the top row of the complex in cluster 75. The views from the lanai were spectacular, especially at sunset! Shuttle service to the Grand Wailea was very convenient, as were access to the pool/towel facilities over there.

Unbelievable place to visit for your Honeymoon. The staff was amazing and made our honeymoon very special: amazing view, awesome pools, great food, and excellent amenities.

For some reason because it had the word "Hotel" in its name I didn't have great expectations. However, the entire place is like a very high end NEW resort. The room was ridiculously nice. It was like a nice sized one bedroom apartment (NOT a studio). The oversized shower area is super cool with a rain shower head. The kitchen had Sub-Zero drawer fridge and freezer. It had a Nespresso machine with capsules (the best coffee you can drink!!). You would be hard-pressed to find a finer room...

Great family owned vacation cottage! Not walkable to restaurants but right across the street from a beautiful beach. They even provided beach chairs and an umbrella! Beautiful property grounds. Staff was beyond helpful and excellent! Couldn’t ask for a more hospitable and welcoming cottage for our trip. Highly recommend.

One word thought, the photos of the bedroom are of the most expensive ones.

For not being a beachfront hotel this place is beautifully located in Wailea with AMAZING views, made me forget it wasn't on the beach. That being said we were close enough to the beach that it didn't even matter. The hotel provided a shuttle to wherever we wanted to go within a three mile radius which was super convenient. The staff at the hotel provided a warm aloha welcome including a shell lei. The shuttle drivers were very polite, opening doors, helping with bags and answering any questions...

This place is absolutely magical. Perfectly situated on the most beautiful oceanfront property among lush gardens and swaying palm trees. It indeed feels like an exclusive boutique hotel. The service was stellar, the plentiful and delicious buffet breakfast should not be missed, the spa is dreamy, and the pools and private beach are glorious. Beautiful and well maintained property. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not intrusive at all. The hotel itself is lovely, and the surrounding grounds even more beautiful. We are average Joe kind of people, yet felt like we were treated like royalty. Because of the sacred burial grounds, beach access is either by walking a distance, or the hotel provides transportation via golf carts to and from, but that was only a minor inconvenience in my opinion.

We love the Sheraton! We stay there every year for our anniversary! Sheraton is walkable to Whalers Village and also has a couple of great dining options. The staff are very welcoming and the oceanfront deluxe room is to die for! Be back next year!
