"WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RESERVATION. A member of my party arrived on the check in date with the confirmation from Hotels.com. The concierge informed them there was no record of the reservation and that the KESMO LODGE DOES NOT WORK WITH HOTELS.COM. Hotels.com worked with me to resolve the issue, but the Kesmo Lodge was completely absent and not part of the solution. "

Both Expedia and I tried to rectify the situation for over an hour while still at the airport all to no avail. This feels like quite a scam! They took a reservation and almost $300 USD. "Good value good WiFi. Should turn on air con one hour before guest arrival though if this is known ahead of time. Super helpful staff. Pictures of pool should be downplayed in advert because it is small IRL. "
