Very BAD !!
Hi, I did not stay at this place and want a refund. On arrival they where fully booked and I went somewhere else.
I went back several times in order to get a refund but with no luck. The owner even put the phone down in my ear.
People drinking beer all over and making a noise. A horrible place to be.

the bed was paid including breakfast, although I showed the confirmation in English at the reception, they wanted to pay me once more in cash, breakfast was promised in the morning at 7:30 am, but in the morning the receptionist said we would not stop breakfast in addition, there is no warning to the hotel, it is very difficult to find this facility

what a great place to stay
We arrived in maun after a long day and were made very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. It is a wee way from town but no problem to get a ride in and the staff are truly lovely people. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Overrall a great place to stay. Thank you all xKaren
