"Jean-Brice was a perfect host. His breakfast was made by himself and so delicious. He is a nice man. We had a room for two people with a shower and sink. The bathroom was across our room, but that wasn't bad at all. The district is great, close to the Eiffel Tower."

"We stayed in fab house for 1 night and had a terrific time! It is a very nice place in a domestic house with a nice garden in a rustic surrounding. A nice french breakfast is included also. We found it excellent value for money!"

"This is a unique property as it is very central to most of the places we wanted to go see. Property is good, clean and desirable location. I was disappointed to find out that the only A/C area were the bedrooms as opposed to the whole apartment. "

"Great location. We were able to walk from the train station to the apartment. It is in the 6th floor and a little narrow stairs for carrying up a full sized suitcase. No AC but the window open was pretty good to cool the place at night. We had 3 bath towels but no hand towels. Great communication with the host. Instructions to get in and lock up were very clear. We would return. "

"Gregory has only just taken over but he was the perfect host, very helpful and willing plenty of good advice about the area. Property is stunning, the gardens, pool, tennis court and entrance courtyard - beautiful Chantilly town is quaint with nice restaurants and the Chateau fab. Only downside is the Green room was a little tired and in need of tic. Better routine of cleaning and maybe a declutter but overall a lovely place to stay and easy access to Paris by train"
