Very nice charming house. Exceptional location in the heart of the village of Maussane Les Alpilles. Any comfort, garden and orchard of 10a. Heated swimming pool with shutter. The house is composed on the ground floor of a 40 m² living room with a usable open fire, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a 15 m² bedroom with shower room and toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom or shower room with sink. The three bedrooms upstairs have two toilets.

We really enjoyed this large villa, its grounds, the pool, and its excellent proximity to the village. There you can buy the paper products, soaps, and food you need, and enjoy dining at the bistros in the square. We had 7 adults and were very comfortable.

La maison est TRES bien équipée bien située, à l'écart de la route mais à 200 m à pied du village où il y a plein de commerces sympathiques pour faire les courses bien placée près des baux de provence, de saint remy piscine tip top maison très confortable avec 4 chambres ayant presque toutes la salle de bain et les toilettes privées propreté impeccable avons passé un très agréable moment en recevant les enfants et petits enfants dans un ordre plus ou moins dispersé tout le monde est reparti content nous y reviendrons plus que certainement il restait des ingrédients des éjours précédents ca n'a l'air de rien mais quand on arrive, qu'il y a du sel du poivre, un peu d'huile, du papier toilette, et d'autres gateries, ça fait TRES plaisir nous avons essayé de laisser aussi quelques surprises pour les futurs occupants

Top séjour dans ce magnifique massif des Alpilles. La maison est idéalement placée dans une ruelle au calme et au centre de Maussane, tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied , superbe place avec bistrots et restaurants a 2 pas de la maison . Grand jardin et piscine qui ont ravis les enfants. Chouette séjour !

Maison de famille qui se prête à un séjour de détente où chacun peut trouver les activités qui lui convient tout en profitant de moments conviviaux: ballades, visites culturelles, restaurants, coins natures, farniente au bord de la piscine, lecture au coin du feu ou jeux de plein air (ping-pong/ raquettes/ pétanque...). Cette propriété est un havre d e calme situé à une poignée de mètres de l'artère principale commercante du village qui offre restaurants et tous commerces utiles. La région est magnifique et la piscine, qui permet, par ses dimensions généreuses, de nager, est un vrai bohneur. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Seule observation : les pièces d'eau mériteraient raffraichissement

L’emplacement est idéal car c’est en plein centre du village de Maussane les Alpilles. Le jardin est grand, parfait pour les enfants ! La maison est spacieuse. Seuls bémols à notre séjour : la propreté, qui laisse à désirer, et la literie qui n’est pas de qualité. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire, attentif pendant le séjour.

Maison très agréable située proche du centre avec un extérieur propice aux jeux des enfants. Très bon accueil sur place et aussi bon suivi par téléphone du propriétaire des lieux. Comme on dit "RAS" car tout était bien.

Both the owner, Olivier, and his property manager were first rate. I would recommend this house for a family with children rather than a group of non-related adults as the bathrooms and rooms are all different, from utilitarian to luxurious. One very large nice master bedroom with en suite bath, three others plus a sleeping loft are smaller and basic. Great pool and you can walk everywhere in the fabulous town of Maussane.

Wir haben in der Villa mit unseren vier Kindern und einem Freund samt Tochter wundervolle Herbstferien verbracht. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, der Garten hat die Kinder zum Spielen eingeladen. Das Wetter war für den Pool ein bisschen zu frisch. Die Küche ist mit allem, was man so in einem Urlaub braucht ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt direkt im Ort, die Kinder konnten allein morgens Baguette und Brötchen holen. Supermarkt, Metzger, Gemüseladen, alles im Ort vorhanden. Maussane ist ein angenehmes Städtchen, es gib einen Markt und der Weg nach Arles oder Avignon ist nicht weit. Wir waren viel in den Alpillen wandern. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle noch einmal ausdrücklich für die tolle Zeit bedanken.

la maison est grande et bien équipée pour passer un séjour agréable .belle déco,salle de bain dans chaque chambre , un grand jardin à l'extérieur et piscine chauffée ( nous nous sommes baignés en octobre !!) tout est parfait .accueil sympathique avec une personne sur place si souci dans la maison très disponible ...Nombreuses possibilités dans les environs visites (Arles, Saint Rémi, site antique ,les baux de provence ......) ,marchés dans les environs et bien sur belles randonnées à pied ou vtt dans les Alpilles au départ de Maussane .Un endroit que toute la famille a apprécié (enfants et parents ) , à recommander pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis .

La maison correspond en tous points à la description de l'annonce. Le propriétaire est très aimable et arrangeant et donne de bonnes informations. Personne très sympathique. Nous étions tous les jours en déplacements ce qui fait que nous avons à part les boulangeries pas profité des commerces ni restaurants de Maussane. nous étions 4 personnes et occupions 3 chambres. Malheureusement la chambre inoccupée était fermé à clef ce qui fait que la douche du 1er étage était inutilisable. Nous avions pourtant loué la maison entière. La personne chargée des nettoyages pourrait faire un effort de manière générale. Je recommanderai cette maison à mes proches à condition que les nettoyages soient mieux exécutés.

J’ai loué la maison pour ma famille qui y a séjourné un week-end. La maison est superbe, bien équipée, entretenue et située à proximité des commerces. Le propriétaire est sérieux, fiable, disponible et à l'écoute des vacanciers. Bonne adresse pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Je recommande cette location.

La maison correspond a la description, situation au bout d'une rue sans issue au centre de Maussane. Très belle maison, entièrement cloturée, belle déco, situation tranquille, jardin avec superbe piscine chauffée à 27°. Propriétaire très sympa et de très bon conseil. Personnes de contact sur place très sympa et disponibles. Restaurants, epicerie, etc dans un rayon de 100m. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir. Merci pour ces belles vancances.
