"The property was very comfortable and well equipped, a 15 minute walk to the centre of Tremolat across the bridge. The garden and field between the house and river are lovely -lots of birds and butterflies. The tables inside and in the garden were great for our party of 5 and would be fine for 6 to 8. "The backyard and pool area was great. The house is very cute. The interior of the house was not very clean. There were many cobwebs, the floors were dirty, the furniture and bedding was older and stained, a dirty mop and bucket sat by the toilet, etc. Not as many amenities provided as in other VRBO’s we have rented in the area - ie no dish soap, hand soap, pool towels, all beds made regardless of the number of guests etc. We also paid twice as much as the listed rate because of the summer season and did not find the value as the cleanliness issue kept us from enjoying the property to its fullest."
