"Our first time staying at AC Hotel in Kingston Jamaica!!!! We had the best experience in staying there, staff were exceptional, helpful, friendly and very polite. We stay for 6 days and it was great ❤️❤️❤️❤️ This will be my number#1 spot thank you . Big shout out to the kitchen and receptionist staff we were welcome "

"The overall cleanliness of the hotel is good. It is not the absolute best but based on the price, it is good enough. The front desk staff to include Ruschel and Danielle were absolutely polite and amazing! The room attendant Dahlia, is the BEST I have ever encountered in all the places I have traveled. Her mannerism is that of an exceptional person and she was ALWAYS pleasant and had a welcoming style. I would hire her for my business. The dining staff was always professional, especially Shanice & Sushana (I hope I got their names correct). The overall convenience of the location is great and close to food and other entertainment. PS: The breakfast is excellent (best oats porridge) but the dinner, not so much. "
