The bus stop right in front of the hotel made getting around incredibly convenient, and we loved how close the shops and restaurants were—just a short walk away. It was a great experience overall – highly recommended!"

"Loved the staff, helpful as due to the size of hotel we had to get directions a couple of times from the lobby to our room in another block/ wing of the hotel. Staff provided a map and other and staff were helpful when asked. The view from our room was gorgeous of the mountains. There is path through a local park which is close by that you can take to the center of Queenstown with restaurants and stores. Ate a couple of times at on site restaurant and service and food was good. "
