8.6/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
"Our room reeked of onions and body odor. Opening all the windows barely helped, and when we spoke to the front desk about changing rooms, they came and checked out the room but didn't notice the awful smell and said it was fine! My nose isn't very sensitive, and even I smelled it the second I walked ..."

"Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely dark, had no view, and felt old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning wasn’t working, there was no in-room phone to contact reception, and the bedding had an unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, we found long hairs in the bathroom on arrival. ..."
