Maxwell Beach Residence 1 is one of Barbados' newest luxurious beach-front condominium properties available for holiday rentals which offers ultra stylish and contemporary beach-front living unlike any other.

Our South Coast location offers direct access to quiet, pristine white sandy beaches and to some of the best dining, shopping and nightlife in Barbados, including St. Lawrence Gap and Oistins. We are 15 minutes away from Grantley Adams International Airport and Bridgetown. We are located just off of Maxwell Coast Road, well secluded and tucked away from the busy main roads.

Maxwell Beach Residence 1 offers 3 bedrooms (1 Queen Ensuited bedroom, 1 King Ensuited Bedroom and 2 Twin Beds that can be converted into a King Bed and with a bath). Featuring a beautifully designed Italian kitchen with granite marble counter tops with breakfast stools. It also has a fully fitted kitchen with GE appliances. The kitchen includes a double-door refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender and washer/dryer. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on your own private balcony with astonishing views overlooking the pool, garden and the beautiful Ocean.

Maxwell Beach Residence 1 also offers free Wifi/Internet Access, a fully equipped cardio and weight gym, elevator access, private parking and 24 hour on-site security.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The apartment was perfect - clean, comfortable, fully equipped and steps away from the beach. The building was lovely with great facilities, including two gyms. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with every pan and utensil you could possibly need. The complex is just steps away from a quiet, uncrowded beach, and the ocean views from the deck are breathtaking. We loved having our meals out there, enjoying the serene atmosphere. We also took advantage of the provided driver, Wayne, for several outings, including a fantastic day trip around the island (which we highly recommend). Wayne was always punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The beach was wide and sandy and best of all it was virtually empty the whole time. The pool was nice and again it was hardly used at all by the other guests so we had that and the hot tub to ourselves the whole two weeks. The unit was very nice with three good-sized rooms in a boutique condominium development. Overall it was an excellent combination of beach, condo and value.

The host provided a spectacular experience for myself and my family. We could not have asked for a better host and accommodation for my family’s first time in the Caribbean. The apartment had a beautiful gym to use, the apartment was well stocked, super clean, relaxing, quiet, and the view was fantastic!!! We had a wonderful beachfront vacation at this property! With 3 bedrooms and baths, there was plenty of space for our family. The ocean view from the living room was gorgeous. The beach was nice and we also enjoyed the pool. The location was off the beaten path and felt private, but was also a short drive to restaurants and activities. We will visit again!

We loved unit #302 at Ocean 1. The unit is exactly like the photos, maybe even better in person. Beach is quiet and lovely and close enough to walk to nearby restaurants and surf lessons for the kids. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beachfront property, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! The location was absolutely breathtaking, with the sound of the waves and the stunning view right from our doorstep. The property itself was well-maintained, clean, and beautifully designed. The convenience of having the beach just steps away was a dream come true. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this beachfront property to anyone looking for a perfect seaside getaway. It's a slice of paradise that left me with wonderful memories and a longing to return.

We enjoyed our time living in Maxwell Residence. This condo is very well-maintained in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The Maxwell Residence personnel - from hosts, to housekeeping, to transportation, and building staff - are exceptional in what they do to ensure guests are comfortable and pleased. My family (3 adults, 1 child) stayed at Maxwell Beach Residence during March Break and had a fabulous time! We have been to Barbados many times before and this was our favourite location so far. The condo is spacious, modern, clean, well appointed and really comfortable. The property itself is also great - the pool, beach area and gym are well kept, clean, uncrowded and overall the location is just really pretty - every condo has great views! Lastly, all of the other tenants and guests were very friendly and quiet (no issues with noise at night) and the maintenance staff and property managers were highly attentive and responsive. We definitely plan to return!

Wonderful property! Only issue is the reservation of sun loungers. Building Management needs to curb this nasty practice. Building strata needs to replace the old uncomfortable sun loungers which would then remove the motivation to participate in this selfish practice.The condo itself and property manager were outstanding. Overall a great stay- The balcony and the view were really special However you do need a car as there is little to walk to. The apartment is well fitted out overall and the pool towels were and bonus as was the welcome pack The bedrooms surprised me, 2 have frosted windows onto a corridor and the 3rd has no window or natural light The a/c was noisy, the dishwasher did not clean anything and the toaster only toasted one side of the bread!!

This condo is fantastic. You can’t beat these accommodations. It is stocked with everything you need and the view up from your balcony is picture perfect! It was such a treat that whether we were in the kitchen or eating on the balcony we had amazing views of the ocean and palm trees.. Having the convenience of a pool and hot tub, along with a beautiful, pristine beach right out your back door was priceless. Easy walking distance to the Saint Lawrence gap where there are lots of different restaurants. Cocktail Kitchen is a must!! Wayne was our driver and he was always available to take us any place we needed to go. I cannot recommend this condo enough…and if we ever are blessed to go back to Barbados, we will stay in this condo again!

There were 6 of us traveling for a girls trip and we were all super happy with this property. The photos are accurate and the location was phenomenal. We all felt comfortable in our respective spaces and condo was stocked with key items for cooking and cleaning. While we traveled during the "wet season" we found that the lack of crowd during this time of year was perfect for us. Wayne and Julian were super helpful through the entire week getting us to and from places (there are additional fees for transports to and from the airport); offering a personalized tour of the island as well. We truly felt at home and didn't want to leave. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic experience in Barbados. From all 6 of us, THANK YOU!!!!
