To help us maintain the outdoor furniture, we kindly ask that you do not leave the cushions exposed to the elements after use. We kindly ask all guests to respect the space and keep noise to a minimum, especially during the evenings. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Let us know in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out—we’ll do our best to accommodate you. To help preserve the beauty of our wooden hardwood floors, we ask that you avoid wearing high heels or shoes indoors. Please wipe feet at the door, wear the disposal indoor shoes provided and clean up spills promptly. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. The home is perfect for families, couples, or remote workers looking for a relaxing stay with modern comforts, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. Smoking is not permitted indoors, however, smoking is permitted in the patio and all outdoor spaces. Parties or events are not allowed.
