"Have MLB channel, not all rooms have fridge but will provide ice for igloo. Super nice staff. I’ve stayed there over 6X for numerous festivals at Town Square a block away. Free fenced in parking. 15 miles from Rincon Black Eagle Beach for snorkeling and scuba. Return last weekend of August for Frankie Ruiz Festival. Very good rate! 5stars in my book. No elevator."

"This place was excellent, it was very clean and organized just like the pictures. We enjoyed the pool. It has stunning views in the morning and the sunset very enjoyable. In general the area is very quiet and you field very safe. The Host was very friendly and communicative it keep you updated on everything.Also if you have any questions she will respond promptly. In general I do recommend this beautiful house if you are looking for something close to the mall , the best beach is the west side of the island but at the same time peaceful with stunning views this is the perfect spot "

"This was my second stay at this property: I attended my cousins 65th birthday in November then scheduled. We had both Villas and the entire property and the party was held on the grounds. It was amazing! Convenient and lacking nothing.I then scheduled my second visit with my family for Spring Break and again it did not disappoint!My son and his wife enjoyed it so much that we are planning to celebrate their 50th birthday celebration on the property.Maria was very responsive to our questions and needs. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Cabo Rojo."

"We had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb. As a family of six, we were happy to find that the space accommodated us comfortably. It was clean, well-prepared, and had everything we needed for a restful few nights. The location was especially convenient—close to the areas we were most interested in visiting, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable.The home was ready and available when we arrived. Check-in was super easy and the host communicated often and in a timely manner, which we especially appreciated after a long travel day. The host was very understanding and accommodating, particularly since we arrived much later than expected due to flight delays.Overall, it was a great place to stay and worked perfectly for our trip."
