"So much history. My granddaughter loved the old elevator! Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Right in the heart of this beautiful city!"

"My husband called the room we had bougie, lol. I guess it kind of was. When we walked into the room there was a small sofa that looked like it pulled out (we didn't test it), a small tv mounted on the wall, a small refrigerator, and a cabinet. There was also one of those doors that connects to the room next door (not a fan of that so much, haha). Then in the middle is the bathroom area that lead into the bedroom with a king size bed medium size tv mounted to the wall, some drawers, and cabinets, night stands. Best of all the balcony was decent size and was very enjoyable. Not many outlets though, but that is manageable. "

"All good. If you need a ground floor room due to physical limitation to do stairs, don't reserve a 'deluxe' room ground floor as they are next to the pool and will you'll have to take stairs. Ask for ground floor room in building that has the front desk. Front Desk staff exceptional; breakfast food good; breakfast area is a bit small but offers outside patio, too. "

"I always stay there recently when I am in the area. Very nice, large rooms, vending machines and a decent breakfast in the a.m. Best of the options there, currently. "

"Cleanliness was fine, but the location of the parking in relation to the front desk was confusing. When I called about parking and luggage/check-in, the attendant was not clear about options versus the valet. It was a walk for my husband, who was still healing from surgery for a broken leg. We enjoyed the casino and the buffet, but hauling luggage was difficult if you had a lot. We suggest a drive-up front lobby with parking! We also requested a late check-out, and we were told it was fine, but three people came to tell us it was not approved!"

"Friendly service, clean room, restaurants are close by. The only thing I wish they had was an outdoor area. The weather is nice and it would be great to have a place to hang out that's not inside"
