"Good hotel in a great area. The staff have a questionable attitude but I guess maybe it’s not their calling to be receptionists haha. Otherwise the room was good, the bed was comfy and the showers pressure was one of the best I’ve seen and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in many countries. Decent hotel, you won’t be disappointed."

"The room was as clean as I've ever seen a hotel room and all the staff went over and above to help. The only thing I would mention is the hotel suffers a bit because of the dirty streets that surround it, not the hotels fault but time we had some pride in are surroundings. Time for Westminster council to invest in some cleaning"
