"This place is great. The local is amazing - short walk to national park entrance so no need for two shuttle rides if you can make the 6 minute walk into park for Zion shuttle. You look outside and see the mountains. Both check in and out were extremely easy - answered all questions and gave suggestions. Very clean property. "

"This was a perfection location for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon. We stayed in the recently updated single story section of the hotel and the room was fantastic! It was very comfortable for a family of 3 for our 3 night stay. The room was exceptionally clean, very well laid out, and extremely comfortable. We looked forward to coming back each night after hiking to relax in the space. The restaurant was open, convenient, and had many good food options for the entire family. Highly recommend."

"The room was very nice, clean, and pretty quiet. Breakfast was the same exact items every day (scrambled eggs and sausage, no potatoes, and then the usual bread/pastries, machine yogurt, waffle maker, cereal), which got tiresome, especially if you don't like sausage and don't want all the carbs and sugar of the other items. It was nice to have shredded cheese for the eggs, though, and those were good. Can't beat the location in Kanab. "

"Lovely that every room has a patio or balcony (two chairs, small table, two levels, no elevator). Hotel is set back below street so one cannot hear the road. Rooms good size. There's a grassy area kids could play on away from rooms. Small pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast is sit down (remember cash to give a tip :) ) w good number of choices. Good sized Gift shop, ice cream/pie at street and great grocery store (pricey, has lots of things) 3 buildings over."

"Not the fanciest or most up to date hotel, but very clean, solid and well maintained, not run down at all. Their claim to fame is a place where the Hollywood stars would stay while making films. All the rooms have both room numbers and actors' names."

"I’m shocked at the rating on Expedia for this hotel. Yes it is one of the lower priced options but there is literally zero staff on site when you text the number with any issue you get an after hours message and they never respond. To start the room was extremely dirty specifically the floors. My son’s feet were black in minutes. I had to take hot towels and wash down the floor. Linens looked to be clean. But the walls and floors were extremely dirty. The second issue was a security issue. They text you a four digit code to get into the room with no staff on site there no secondary lock like a chain or any lock at all not controlled by the four digit code. This is problematic and unsafe especially for solo travelers or travelers with young children. Considering they clearly had not been mopping the floors and no staff was on site I was concerned if the door lock was being manually reprogrammed between each guest. No one was available to help with my concerns and no one ever reached out to me the next day with my concerns. It’s been a week and no one has ever responded."
