"Nice hotel but it very dated for that to be the embassy. It needs a lot of upgrades because the hallway carpet was starting to lift up and also in the room everything was just old besides that staff was amazing but it’s time for them to do some upgrades"

"The parking is great and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is good. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate cleaning. I love the new upgrades. I only wish that most hotels didn’t have to be so “pet friendly.” Sorry but not so much, pets seem to have more rights than humans nowadays."

"We have stayed in this hotel in February 2026 and have given comments on no housekeeping!! We decides to go back this August to see whether it's improved but not at all. Wondering the house keeper has schedule for daily cleaning or they only clean whenever they feel like to. Front desk staffs are helpful and nice! Airport shuttle are great! Breakfast for Saturday and Sunday during my stay, happens to be buffer, choices not that good! Besides, the breakfast area floor is always sticky. Room is acceptable on Friday upon check-in. However, one of the corner tile is missing. The next day, house keeper do change towels and remove trash. But it happens again on Sunday, no removal of trash and no replacement of towels. Again, we were wondering is there a daily cleaning schedule for each house keeper."

"It's our third time staying, & the staff remains exemplary. They are the standout and the reason that we will always stay at the o henry. It was wonderful seeing Sherone again. Hannah, Lakiya,& other front desk goddesses are delightful. The tea & jazz staff are fantastic. Kate & Courtney improved our mornings dramatically, & Ashleigh was lovely for our dinner. Tyler and the other porters are fantastic at their jobs, though it hurt my heart to see them dressed like it was 50 degrees out amidst the brutal heat & humidity. It would be lovely if they could lose the sweater vest and long sleeves and have more suitable summer attire. The only downside was I had to use my cell as a Hotspot to access wifi for my tablet, my dad's laptop, and our Amazon fire."

"I don't have anything bad to say about the property. I just didn't like the fact about when I was checking in, they had to take my license and credit card into another room to do whatever because "the machine at the desk didn't work ". Just seem a little suspicious."

"I had a really good experience here, especially because of the lady at the front desk. She was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding during a very stressful time for me and my daughter. We had just moved to a new state and were in a new area, and unfortunately, things didn’t work out the way we had planned. I was frustrated and overwhelmed, but she reassured me that everything was going to be okay. She checked on us, made sure we were comfortable, and even helped us get another room when we needed one. Her kindness and customer service truly made a difference during a difficult time. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were okay and had what we needed. I really appreciate the way we were treated, and because of her, I would definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the area. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and cared for! ❤️🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
