Room was spacious and clean. Only drawback is there was no coffee facilities or fridge and nowhere within hotel to get drinks during the day until the bar Liebe opened.

Central and tidy, but food needs improvment

Stayed for a week in a single deluxe room with a balcony towards the main street(in the "new" building). A lot of noise through out the night from returning party people, so bring earplugs! The room was tidy and clean. The bed was not so comfortable, there was some sort of waterproof layer between the sheet, made you sweat like crazy. But all in all, it was a nice room. The hotel personnel and restaurant staff was very nice and friendly. The spa is also quite good, nothing spectacular, some steam saunas didn't work but the Finnish sauna was good and there was a nice pool to cool down in. Breakfast and dinner, I don't understand at all how so many people praise the food? Are you not used to normal or quality restaurants at all? The food was eatable but nothing more. This needs improvement! I can recommend going with the ski guide Stocky, he has a nice sense of humor and knows the valley inside and out and you get to visit better areas than Penken with door to door transport! Important to note, they leave at 9:00 from the hotel and return 15:45.

マイヤーホーフェンのホテルは2食付きのここ！

このホテルは7回目の宿泊で今回は3連泊しました。なかなか凝った夕食付きで1人一泊10,000円（2人で20,000円）前後と言う破格の値段と、各種のサウナがとても良いのです。そしてこのマイヤーホーフェンは数多くのハイキング・コースも魅力です。また宿の荷物を預けての山小屋に泊まってのトレッキングができます。 まあ難点と言えば多少駅から遠いことと部屋に冷房が無いこと。ただし涼しいので、寝るときに窓を開けて寝ればそれほど支障はありません。 マイヤーホーフェンのお薦めのホテルです。

Nice hotel, majestic surroundings

The location is superb - in the middle of the walking area of the village, 3 min walk to the famous gondola. The room was clean and looked like recently renovated. The hotel features very nice amenities: pools, saunas, spa, all in excellent order. Little details like a dedicated parking lot elevator give an idea of a well thought through place, and surely add comfort in winter. There was really nothing to complain about, nothing to distract us from enjoying the majestic surroundings of this Alpine village.

Some rooms are very outdated. No Air Conditioning or Fan in the rooms. The hotel has the best central location in Mayrhofen. Hot Tub is in the nude only section of the spa. They do have a bathing suit friendly pool area though. Everyone spoke great english. Feels more like a 3* Hotel than 4*

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und hatten uns vom Hotel etwas mehr versprochen. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Frühstücksraum war es viel zu warm, das Büffet allerdings reichhaltig und lecker. Frühstück gibt es erst ab Punkt 7:30 Uhr, um 20:30 Uhr ist dort Feierabend. Zimmerkarten funktionierten schlecht. Parkplätze etwas eng. Das Haus hat allerdings eine sehr zentrale Lage.

Planloser Service beim Frühstück, trotz leerem Speiseraum mussten wir unser blaues Kärtchen mit der Tischnr. nochmal extra aus dem Zimmer holen und sind dann aber doch an IRGENDEINEN Tisch gesetzt worden (reine Schickane). Außerdem ziemlich abgewohnt alles.

Godt hotell i sentrum

Vi hadde to fine dager på hotellet som ligger perfekt i sentrum av Mayrhofen. Kort vei til alt en skal gjøre i byen. En stor og fin spa-avdeling er veldig prisverdig etter en dag ute i naturen.

Great location wonderful staff excellent food

The hotel location is excellent next to the cablecar in main shopping street very freindly and helpful staff. The food is a gourmet .the hotel have good sport and spa facilities. The room was ok but very old furniture. The safe wasnt working but the next Day they fixed it. We really recomended this hotel we enjoyed our stay very much.

Trotz 8 stundiger Verspätung des Flugzeugs,die dem Hotel nachgewiesen wurde,gab es als Ersatz für das Abendessen nur eine lieblos hergerichtete kalte Platte und das, in der Bar gekaufte Bier war warm. Das dritte Bett im Zimmer war ein super hartes Sofa,das mit dem vollen Preis berechnet wurde. Im Bad waren Haare in der Wanne.

I stayed as a single traveller in August. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, greeting me by name at breakfast and dinner. The half board option is a bargain. The 4/5 course meal was exceptional every day. Fixed menu with a choice of 3 mains. No a la carte. Everything was very good. The facilities of the hotel are brilliant: beautiful gardens, pools, tennis, naked and non- naked spas, massages, indoor games ( pool, table tennis, video games, table hockey ), squash etc etc. Also a bars and night club, but mostly I think for wintertime. UK TV and free wi-fi in the room which was a bonus. Great location on the main street, next to the Penken lift, but rooms well insulated, so no noise. Great value. Great hotel
