"Room was clean except for 3 hairs found in the bathroom. Air conditioning was the quietest I've ever experienced. Pool was closed (roof top) & no hot tub (without xtra fees) & was closed on Monday anyway. You'd think for a "resort" that they would have these amenities for guests as part of your stay."
