Enjoy this modern 6000 sq ft home on 300' of lakefront, private pool, huge yard and dock. Easily launch your boat from the nearby boat launch and tie it to the four posters on the dock (boat lift for owner use only). Dock usually goes in before Memorial Day in May and is taken out Mid October, but it is weather dependent and no exact date can be given. Pool is open from Memorial Day until end of September.

* bedroom 5 - spacious second floor master with King size bed and daybed with trundle. Incredible lake views and ensuite bath with ensuite tub and shower.
3rd floor:
* bedroom 6 - 2 twin beds

The house is a 5 minute drive from quaint downtown Mayville with excellent restaurants and grocery store. Chautauqua Golf Club offers two separate courses: the Lake and the Hills course, and lies 10min away.
We're also 15 minutes away from bustling Beamus Point with a vibrant nightlife and entertainment for people of all ages.

The house is seasonally decorated for the main holidays; Thanksgiving and Christmas, and any special occasions upon request (baby shower, bridal shower, anniversaries, birthdays).
