This detached villa is located at the attractive and well-kept resort Country Club, on the quiet and affordable Costa Cálida. The verblifj features a spacious sloping safe private pool and a living room with smart TV. Ideal for holidays with family and friends. 250 metres away you will find a Spar supermarket, tennis courts, a restaurant with terrace and an arcade. From the centre of the Country Club resort, buses leave for Mazarrón, Puerto de Mazarrón, Bolnuevo and the beaches. Puerto de Mazarrón offers water sports facilities and beautiful boat trips along the coast. A beautiful cycle path runs through the Country Club, leading to the beautiful coast via a protected nature reserve. The old port city of Cartagena (35 km), Murcia (65 km) and many beautiful coastal towns are nearby and well worth a visit. Beautiful cities such as Málaga, Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Almería are within driving distance, as are protected natural areas such as Sierra Espuña and Sierra de las Moreras. There are also several golf courses, go-kart tracks, a water park, shopping centre and entertainment venues nearby. The bedrooms have air conditioning and the top bedroom has an en suite bathroom with balcony and views of the resort and mountains. The villa comes with a solar carport and a fine garden with plenty of privacy and comfortable furniture. In addition, the villa houses a washing machine and a barbecue.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Casa Happinez, La villa était super spacieuse et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, La piscine privée était parfaite pour se détendre après une journée à explorer la côte, Je souhaite seulement que le WiFi soit un peu plus rapide, mais dans l'ensemble, c'était une expérience fantastique

Die Villa ist vom Flughafen Alicante aus leicht zu erreichen. Wir mieteten ein Auto bei Avis und waren innerhalb von anderthalb Stunden im Country Club. Der Club ist geräumig, sodass die Villa leicht zu finden ist. Miss Penny wartete bereits auf uns und begrüßte uns herzlich und führte uns durch das Haus. Die Gegend ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten, von Bergsteigen bis hin zu Strand- und Stadtbesuchen. Eine wunderbare Umgebung ohne Massentourismus tourism

Wir wurden schnell vor Ort empfangen. Die Unterkunft war toll mit allem, was dazu gehört (Grill, schöner Pool, Klimaanlage, schönes Haus, schöne Pflanzen im Garten). Wir waren hauptsächlich in Puerto de Mazarron, da es eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Geschäften gab. Cartagena war auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!

Casa Happinez war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Viel Platz und bequeme Betten. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Porzellan, Besteck und Gläsern. Die Liegestühle am Pool waren sehr bequem. Es gab auch genügend Tische und Stühle, beide drinnen und draußen. Wir waren die ganze Zeit draußen, da die Temperatur extrem heiß war. Die Villa ist sehr gut gelegen, um das Clubhaus-Restaurant und die Bar zu nutzen.

Die Anreise war sehr übersichtlich. Die Gastgeberin wartete schon auf uns und gab uns eine Tour. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein schönes Schwimmbad mit einer sehr geräumigen Terrasse. Die Gegend ist einfach wunderschön. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten sind Sie auf der Autobahn. Bemerkenswert ruhige Gegend, in der man die Vögel zwitschern hören kann. Ein Auto zu mieten ist notwendig, aber dann haben Sie auch unzählige Möglichkeiten für einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Waren für 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa und hatten nichts auszusetzen. Sowohl die Rezeption als auch der Check-out verlief gut. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend und ein Auto ist ein Muss, wenn Sie wirklich genießen wollen. Der Besitzer hat alles ordentlich und gut erklärt und in der Villa selbst findet man alles. Über Belvilla mehrmals vermietet, aber dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich den Vermieter nicht um etwas gebeten habe. Alles perfekt erklärt. Erwartungen von beiden Seiten klar. Sind Sie auf der Suche nach einem schönen Aufenthalt, wo Sie sich wirklich entspannen und schönes Wetter lieben können? Dann würde ich das buchen. Ich hoffe, dass Casa Happinez jedes Jahr ausgebucht ist, weil es sich lohnt, es zu wiederholen. Ich wäre nicht überrascht.

Dieses Jahr waren wir zum ersten Mal im Juli / August an der Costa Cálida im Urlaub. Sonne und Hitze für drei Wochen! In einem sehr schönen und komfortablen Ferienhaus Casa Happinez. Alle Einrichtungen für einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub waren vorhanden. Besonders das Schwimmbad war, trotz der Hitze, mehr als sehr angenehm.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Casa Happinez verbracht. Alles war perfekt, das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und der Pool ein Traum! Der Außenbereich ist schön gestaltet (Palme, Orangenbaum, Oleander, etc...). Das Wetter war traumhaft (immer zwischen 25-30 Grad). Die Pooltemperatur war mit 21-22 Grad angenehm. Das Meer war sehr warm. Als unseren perfekten Strand haben wir den Playa de Percheles auserkoren Palmen am feinen Sandstrand, ganz flaches Meer, eine tolle Bar, weit und breit keine Häuser... Die Ausstattung im Haus ist nahezu perfekt. Ganz toll fanden wir, dass einige Lebensmittel schon vor Ort waren. Das war super! Die Lage im Country Club war jetzt nicht so unbedingt unser Ding, den Gemeinschaftspoool haben wir nie besucht, die Nachbargrundstücke sind schon alle eng beieinander. Schade ist, dass es keinen Supermarkt oder zumindest Brötchen fußläufig zu kaufen gibt. Man muss immer mit dem Auto los.

Das war ein fantastischer Urlaub. Sehr ruhige Lage Batterien wieder aufzuladen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was Sie brauchen um Ihren Urlaub zu genießen. Achten Sie darauf, den Hafen von Mazarrón zu besuchen und zu essen, können wir das Restaurant Viggos empfehlen.
