New, Private secure building. Apartment is located at 500 m from the beach walking distance. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a beautiful view. Two bedrooms with TV connected to Internet in each room. One full bathroom newly refinished. Spacious living room with open concept. Beautiful kitchen fully stocked with dining wear and cook wear. Appliances include refrigerator, glass counter top stove, microwave and coffee pot. Washer and dryer available in unit. Free WIFI also available in unit. A/C and ceiling fans in each room to keep you cool during hot days. Outdoor amenities include Gorgeous swimming pool and beautiful Jacuzzi, pool bathrooms with showers and changing room, kids playground, mini golf, dog park, ping pong tables, outdoor sitting areas under Gazebo.
