Shower water leaked past door and onto floor everywhere. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom area. Shower drain was not cleaned before our stay so drain was full of hair and not letting water down the drain. Over all disappointed with cleanliness of room. Hot tub was never hot. The pool was awesome though. The parking staff was great also.

We did not partake in the buffet breakfast so we can not comment on it. As for the room, the first room we were put in had no hot water. Zero. Cold showers and the husband trying to shave with cold water. After raising the issue a number of times with staff ( and contacting Expedia) we were moved to a different room. We think it had more to do with Expedia calling the manager than our complaints. The second room had water that was far too hot much of the time. The hotel is in a very noisy part of the Malcon. It is loud here-most definitely for the people who request an ocean view room. The noise settles down around 1:30 am but restarts around 6:30 am. If you are easily disturbed or irritated by excessive noise this is probably not the hotel for you or you should ensure you request a room facing the lagoon rather than the ocean. The rooms are ok and the bed was reasonably comfortable. It wasn’t a terrible hotel it was simply a terrible fit for us.

Staff was great throughout hotel. There was a safe in the closet and also coffee maker on the desk, however there was not a refrigerator. Our room had a balcony with chairs and a nice view of the lagoon.

The staff was wonderful. In all the areas,reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff provideded excellent service. The restaurant had delicious food. Unfortunately the room condition could be improved. The sink was clogged, the balcony door did not lock, the room temperature could not be adjusted and the hot water had to run over 10 minutes to warm up.
