"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. 10/10 Excellent

"This was a great find out of it's a small and basic family run hotel which has everything you need. The staff are so lovely and couldnt have been more helpful if they tried. The Dolmus (mini bus into Bodrum) stops right outside the hotel and runs every 15 mins and is so cheap. It's also just a 5 minute walk to the village centre and the beach. Can't recommend enough 😊"

"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! We had an issue with our rooms during check-in, but the manager Gökhan resolved everything the next day. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and how professionally the situation was handled. Once that was taken care of, we had a fantastic vacation. The resort is beautiful, with plenty of sports and activities to enjoy. The evening entertainment was fun, the food was good, and the à la carte restaurants were excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, we had a great time and would happily return. Thank you to the manager and the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable!"

Most of all, the warmth, care, and genuine friendliness shown to every guest make you feel truly welcome and valued. "The beach front location, stunning views, crystal clear water, and proximity to the port is excellent. Unfortunately this is where the positives for this hotel end. The service and attention to detail is severely lacking and not consistent with what is expected of a 5 star resort. There are plenty of staff onsite, but they make little effort to greet or speak with guests, the breakfast service is utterly disorganised, and you have to constantly chase down people to get service. This is a 4 star establishment at best with a 5 star price tag. Very disappointing"
