"This house is AMAZING! It's very difficult to find 5 bedroom houses that are reasonably priced for our annual fall get together. We have family members from Ohio, Iowa, and Missouri that gather for a weekend of reconnecting and fun. The Kane Family Farm right next door to the house made this year's reunion one of the best. The game room is awesome, the bedrooms are huge, and beds are very comfortable. Overall, one of the best houses we have ever rented."

Dishes, Pots and Pans etc -- Parking right in front of Cottage -- Very Quiet Neighborhood -- Dog Friendly -- Easy to find and close drive to town -- Porch on the back of the house was cute NEGATIVES -- Frustrating Door Lock/Unlock system - Found that if you pull the door toward you when locking, it seemed to lock more easily. "We came to visit family for the first time. We wanted to be able to see the city but not stay in the city. This was just right. Our dog also had a great time at the property. "

"Family of 4 (kids 11 and 9 yrs old) enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had everything needed for our weekend getaway. Would definitely recommend this place "

"Beautiful, newly constructed home with so many amenities! Everything in the house was first rate. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, no overcrowding. The kids loved the beach area, playing pickleball, cooling off in the pool and renting a pontoon boat at the marina."

"The location was beautiful and the house clean. We had a good stay over all. Check in was easy and the amnesties in the immediate area were great. I will say this is more like a hotel than a home. We cooked every meal in the cabin and it was lacking essentials like cooking oil, spices, enough silverware, non peeling pans, etc. I imagine this listing would cater to people who are eating most every meal out. "Loved the home, it was perfect for the six of us. Heritage Harbor has incredible potential. We all thought it would be the perfect location to visit when the construction was more complete. It was disappointing that the area surrounding the home was all dirt and foundations were literally being dug around us. Only comments about the home we’d like to share were regarding the ceiling fans upstairs were very dirty, plumbing in the basement was noisy, and the screen door needs to be repaired....

"Home is spacious but lacks sound insulation between rooms and floors. Outdoor area could have been cleaner ie cobwebs alol over and tabletops were dirty. Overall our group enjoyed the house. "
