"The location and lobby portion of the hotel are awesome and very cool vibe, travelling for work was really helpful to have that workspace available. That said the room wasn't great, the lighting was really dark, AC switched on and off and overall it kind of just smelled old and maybe like mould or something. Its clearly an old building and priority went into the lobby space but the rooms weren't very nice"

"We had a lovely get away in the city, for those who have bad allergies and asthma is easily triggered be cautious with the stairs, it was a good little workout, otherwise the property was calm and cozy made us want to see if they were leasing, 10/10 would do again!"

"I loved this quaint little retreat! It is a hidden gem.Once you enter the backyard, you see the lovely trees starting to bloom, ( it is the beginning of March), and you can hear various birds chirping.And, it is peaceful and quiet. I felt very relaxed.The small cottage is simply decorated with big windows looking into the yard, and a high beamed ceiling. Very charming."

"Host was very responsive. The studio was….awkward. It was spacious but huge couches /cabinets overwhelmed the space and made it awkward to move around. Bathroom was up some stairs and through 2 doors. Kinda small and again laid out awkwardly . Parking was a challenge on the second and third nights. Had to wait until spaces on the street opened up. On the last night, it rained. The hosts car was parked under a roof drip and had to listen to the drips thump on the hood of the car. "

"We had the most perfect stay. The home is roomy yet comfy. There were six of us in town for UC Berkeley grad. Great location , close to campus, just a quick Uber ride . Walking distance to to cute restaurants and coffee shops. Everything worked great and house was clean and ready to go at check in ."
