The room door did not lock from the outside, the bathroom tap had a leak and when I tried to close the bathroom door it did not close fully, the TV remote from the room next door was controlling my TV so I could not relax and watch TV, the bed was very noisy and you could also clearly hear the conversations and TV from the room next door. "Perfect for the business trip I was on, with the bonus of being able to walk out the gate at back of hotel to an access road (overgrown at the time, needs a little TLC) to the botanical gardens (the hotel accommodation includes free access to the gardens and waterfall which are well worth a visit). Staff friendly and even remember my name at checkout without have to look me up on the system."
