"I booked this trip because my husband had 2 appointments with the Optum referred by the Veterans Administration.
We arrived for check in and parked in a designated Handicap parking spot. Well, I walked to the front desk to get the key for the room. Walked back out to get my husband. He is an 88 year old Vietnam Veteran. Having a hard already when slowly walked in and as soon as we got into the lobby my husband fell forward into This big white couch. No staff offered to help me get him up to sit on the couch while I asked for a wheelchair. Well, guess what this hotel has no Wheelchair. I walked to the room and got the rolling office chair and what do you know the wheels and that thing were horrible. I was pulling him and chair was going in all different directions.
I get my husband into bed and well he did not sleep well due to the fall he took that could have easily been prevented if you had a wheel chair on site"
