"We rented this place as my husband was working on a project a town over & this was the most convenient location for us. The check in process was smooth and communication was great. The home looked to have been recently renovated & had some nice features like the microwave drawer which my husband swears we will be installing in our home. The lake was beautiful & the deck/patio was a great spot to just sit watch the water & enjoy the sunshine. Improvements to consider: 1-more cookware/bakeware. There was only 1 small cookie sheet & the stovetop cookware was minimal w/just a couple small saucepans & a small & smaller skillet. 2-A better set of knives. The ones available in the unit were dull & a couple times I came close to slicing my hand. 3-A larger coffee pot. Fortunately, we travel w/a keurig. 4-Some additional blankets. While there were plenty sheet sets, there were only 2 thin blankets. I ended up buying 2 blankets for myself bc I’m always cold. 5-Lastly & I am not sure this could be done, but adding an island or bar area where those who work from home could set up. The small cafe table was difficult to set up a laptop, external hard drive, & portable scanner on. PSA for anyone who is a light sleeper, the location sits on a busy road & most nights the traffic didn’t die down until about midnight. Please understand that this is NOT something that the owner/management company can control. Overall, I loved this property & would definitely consider staying here again."
