On top of being close to everything in McCall, this house has all you will need to feel right at home while up in the mountains of Idaho. Get around town with ease on the four adult bikes or stay home and play a board game while keeping cozy while the wood stove crackles. The outdoor space is also the ideal place for everyone to commune at nighttime for great conversation and stargazing.

What's nearby:
The center of downtown McCall is less than a mile away with the popular Mile High Marina just a little over a mile away. There, you can enjoy the beaches and waters of Payette Lake while renting water sport equipment to add excitement to your beach day. Golfers only need to drive two miles to McCall Golf Club, and in the winter skiers only need to drive 11 miles north to reach Brundage Mountain Resort.

Great location!

Walking distance to the grocery store and downtown McCall but far enough away to get out of the hustle and bustle for quiet. Easy to blackout windows for babies to sleep. Stairs were a little steep for our small children but we managed. Enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed- seriously appreciated the Tupperware stash!

Convenient to town. Nice that garage was available. Just a few needs - can opener, hair dryer and liner in tub/shower needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Loved the location

Nicely remodeled home and quiet location. Only suggestions would be a garage door opener and the front entrance was unusable because of snow. Parking was limited also due to snow.

Base for weekend in McCall

The cabin was just right for our needs. Accessible to downtown, a quiet space to decompress between activities. The interior has been nicely update and maintained. The stairs to the second floor are a little steep as has been noted in other reviews, but were not a problem for us. The kitchen is well stocked. We had a slight hiccup getting access to the unit because someone had locked the door knob as well as the deadbolt, but the Vacasa team was very responsive and we were able to get inside with very little delay. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Snowmobile Trip

My family and I stayed at the Vacasa. It was a very nice, clean, comfortable house. We were able to cook meals and enjoy the beautiful property. My little one got to sled down the hill/ street using their sled. We saw many deer walking around. It was beautiful! My only complaint is that they have very cheap toilet paper and paper towels along with watered down hand soap. We ended up buying the good stuff ourselves. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

Ruined our vacation

My husband is livid, haven't had a vacation in 5 years. Went up on the first evening and as I got there they were still cleaning the place, it was not cleaned well. Dog hair on the couch and it smelled of dog and black hairs in the sheet of the downstairs bed, we had to finish up the laundry, and BED BUGS in the upstairs bed, I was bitten on my feet and ankles. (I have pictures of the bites on me, plus the larve of the bed bugs from the mattresses) .I will be requesting a refund as we could not stay at the premises.

Nice place, good location for shopping

This house met our expectations. However, we arrived right at the 4 pm checkin on a cold January day. The thermostat was set at 55 degrees and it hours to warm to a comfortable temperature. There is a woodstove with one large log provided, so I went to the local Maverick and bought two wood bundles, which helped. The remainder of our stay was comfortable.

Very nice for small group

The cabin is very nice. Stairs are steep and upstairs is not for tall people. Kitchen and yard and deck are great

Good but not great.

The house was very clean and updated. Good, quiet location. On downside, it was not supplied well. Only had 3 towels for 5 people—had to go out and buy more. Had to buy trash bags and toilet paper. Drain in bathtub very slow. We liked home, but could have enjoyed experience more with few tweaks.

Perfect!

I stayed in this home for the month of June. It was the perfect location for me to walk or ride my bike everywhere. The yard worked great for my dogs and was a nice quite neighborhood to be in. I will definitely rent here again.

Nice house, great location, nice extras for summer time. The upstairs ceiling is low, if you are 6' you will have to duck upstairs. I would rent again.
