WHAT’S NEARBY
Sitting less than a mile from Ponderosa State Park, one-and-a-half miles from the heart of town, and a mile from the marina, there will be no delay in experiencing the best of this mountain town. Take a day to kayak, boat, or swim in the lake and soak up the summertime sunshine. When you need to grab a bite to eat, be sure to check out the local restaurants and eateries. Come winter, don't hesitate to take advantage of the fresh powder and snowshoe, cross-country ski, or downhill ski at Brundage mountain (12 miles).

The home was comfortable and in a perfect spot close to town and Ponderosa Park, but removed enough to feel like a restful retreat. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was kitted out, and the local deer made sure to welcome us and wish us farewell on the way out. Would certainly stay again!

The location was great. The condo was clean and comfortable. My only hang-up was that the pull-out bed was not very comfortable. It would be better with a bed rather than a pull-out couch.

this place is fantastic and we enjoyed it so much. It’s already booked again for two months from now. Everything is clean and orderly, the garage was an added bonus, the location on the golf course is fantastic. The beds are all comfortable. Highly recommend.

My Dad and I stayed in this golf course condo to compete in the McCall Chapman golf tournament. Fantastic location, well appointed condo, that was just perfect. Loved the set up and amenities offered. We plan to rent it again. Thanks for a memorable weekend!

We loved this house! Great layout, all the utensils and cookware you need, nicely decorated, very clean. We really appreciated all the spices - so nice to have if you are preparing meals. Home has been very well taken care of. Excellent location - so close to a beach, state park, downtown and back door to the golf course. We would rent this again !

Place was clean and bright. So nice to have 3 bedrooms and bathrooms so we all had space. Kitchen was well stocked. Favorite parts were the corner fireplace and the record player. Loved the puzzles also. Great location, easy access and a garage was great in the winter. Would definitely come back and recommend.

We enjoyed a long weekend at Amelia's - quiet and restful, with the golf-course path right out the door. The king-size bed was cozy, the bathroom spacious, the kitchen very well equipped, and both decks perfect for lounging. Payette Lake was beautiful too (before any crowds or forest fires!).We really had a wonderful getaway, close by. Perfect!

We came up for the McCall winter carnival. Had a great time and the house was a good home base for us. And we watched Sunday football on the giant projector screen TV…which was surprisingly clear. Would rent again.

We were able to golf and hike straight out the cabin door. It was clean, well-appointed, classy and inviting. Only drawback was the tiny kitchen-- will stay there again but won't plan on cooking any big meals.

We loved this adorable condo and would be happy to stay here again! The decor is lovely, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The projector TV and sound system made for a theater-like experience, which was an awesome treat. Each evening we watched a family of deer graze on the golf course. A paved path runs right along the back yard for miles of walking and running paths which are available for general use during the off-season. It was a perfect retreat for my sister and me!
