Whether you're hiking, fishing, or simply relaxing by the lake, our cabin is the perfect home base for your adventure. Come and enjoy a peaceful getaway while creating memories that will last a lifetime!

This is a mixed use neighborhood, please be respectful of quiet hours from 10PM to 8am.

Head 1 mile S on Warren Wagon Road, turn East for downtown McCall, Beaches, Ponderosa Park. Turn West for Brundage or Little Ski Hill.

Parking for this cabin is a pull through drive located behind the cabin.
Please do not park in the pull through drive located in front of this cabin.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

$50 for 1 dog

$100 for 2 dogs

Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Smoking & Substance Policy
This is a smoke-free home:

No smoking or vaping

No recreational drug use

Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours
City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message or text away.

Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons
We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
