The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were large, comfortable & clean. Even though it was on a main street it was very quiet. It was a very short walk to the lake front with all the shops and restaurants.

This is our second stay and we would stay there again. Last time, the bath towels were very small but that appears to have been resolved. Their continental breakfast was very good but I was saddened to hear that they were discontinuing it.

The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. The waffles are amazing and the neighborhood is quiet. I just wish you had more time to get up and eat breakfast, because breakfast ends at 9:30.

Beautiful, comfortable and very very clean. Unique and historical architecture nicely adapted with modern amenities while preserving the original look of the building inside and out. Artfully decorated. Great courtyard.

When I arrived on a Sunday afternoon we went into the room to check on it before we brought our luggage in. We found the ground floor window to not lock at all and so I went back to the front desk to request another room. Again, upon entering this upstairs room I found the toilet to have not been thoroughly cleaned. I was able to notify a housekeeper who helped me immediately. The staff was very friendly and accommodated us with our needs. I would stay there again as they did clean up as requested.

We’ve stayed here several times over the years. We appreciated the updated bathrooms…good shower strength & warmth. We liked the new shampoo & conditioner. The bed was quite comfortable & the room temperature was good whether using AC or the heater. The pool was clean, but cool, Yet it was a nice contrast to the hot tub, though its jets are weak. Breakfast is typical…waffles, pastries, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. The staff were kind & helpful. We will stay here again

We had a mishap with our pop up trailer at Ponderosa and were stranded without a place to stay. I easily booked, the staff was very kind and helpful and we had a cozy place to stay and a safe place to park with our camper for the night. Breakfast was good and standard and the pool was fun for the kids. It helped ease the blow of missing out on camping for the weekend.

The staff was friendly, the motel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, they said it opened at 6:30 am, we were leaving at 6am and found it ready so we were able to eat before we left, which made us (the kids especially) happy. We will consider staying here again.

The overall rating is a 2 because the room and hotel was nice and clean. My bad rating comes from the staff and "amenities". I booked the King suite room with one bed for me and my boyfriend. After checking in, paying, and going to the room we discovered we were given a room with two full beds. When we went down to the lobby to try to get the correct room i had booked the front desk lady told me that they are "cleaning mattresses" and "rearranging" rooms and that i was in the correct room. I'm not in the correct room. Besides that the pool was great, room was clean. Downside is they do NOT serve breakfast here. One of the reasons i booked this hotel was for the breakfast and there was never any breakfast. overall would not recommend staying here.

Oh my gosh this place was awesome!! It was so nice and quiet, it’s an older hotel that’s been remodeled but they have done an amazing job! I feel like the bad reviews were because of other people staying there were not considerate of others but that’s no fault on the hotel. We would 110% stay here again when visiting my family. Judge for yourself, we stayed at a hotel in Boise two nights before here and it was horrible with better reviews and a lot more expensive! It was also so nice at this hotel to be in walking distance of several places to eat! The mill is amazing and growlers has awesome pizza, the bistro was also amazing! Give this hotel a try, you won’t be sorry!
