"Definitely recommend staying at this property. The place had everything you could need from pots and pans to playing card & board games, and books…. And that Buff City Soap! Beds were also very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights in the stayed. The ice cream shop under the apt was so good too. I will be back! Thank you again!!"

"Two families with total of 4 young kids <7 and everything was great from the s’mores, hot tube minus the hot since it was 95 degrees and the games. Dads had a short drive to Tammen park to float the river and get picked up 7 min from the house at switch back bridge area. Close to Blue Ridge for a great dinner. We also saw a number a deer which the kids enjoyed. Also dog friendly."

"John and Wes are great hosts. They give you your privacy, but available to talk anytime. The carriage house was impeccably clean and very comfortable to stay in. The outdoor grounds are lovely with many nice sitting areas. We loved the dogs…it is their job to greet you, but they are extremely well-behaved. We would not hesitate to stay here if we are down this way again!"

"Beautiful property. New sheets were on the loft bed and they had not been washed prior. They were stiff as a board and very uncomfortable. The staff needs to know that you always wash new bedding before you make the bed. The information on how to use the TV was very generic and was of no help to get the local stations. I'm older and the streaming services are not part of my world."
