"Shower flooded during stay. Maintenance never came back to fix it. Couldn't get a shower before having to drive 8 hrs home. Was told credits could only be given through the 3rd party company that we booked through and not directly from the hotel. Disappointing because we always stay here. Staff is willing to help however it took an hour to get bath towels to the room."

"Everything was ok. The gift package with the soap and other amenities is no longer available at check-in now. The soap and lotion is in the room. I wish the gift package was still available. But overall everything was alright, slots were tight."
