"The only good thing about the hotel was the location being next to interstate and shopping center. They didn’t have a king suite available. I accepted the double bed suite. The double bed suite was missing the door that separates the rooms. It smelled like smoke. There was no elevator so you had to carry all your belongings up the stairs. The pool was not open. The most concerning thing was that I needed to ask for a new key to my room. I told her my room number, she asked zero questions and didn’t verify who I was. If you stay at this location, use your own locks or keep the door latched. Anyone could get a key to your room. The room was a downgrade. I wasn’t offered a discounted rate. There was an additional hold placed on my card that I may not get back."

"They do have a breakfast bar which is somewhat decent, the hot food mainly consisted of biscuits, smoked sausage, eggs, and some potato’s it stayed the same the entire 3 days, the doors get stuck when you walk in so you have to push them open, our room definitely needed some work and was pretty dirty, room service never brought our trash out once so it was over flowing by day 3, the room also had trash on the floor when we arrived, the couch in our room looked really dingy and could really use a cleaning, they did replace our towels though, but they never cleaned the room once. The pool was shut down because of to many people in the pool so we were only able to go once, the guy on our checkin day wasn’t very friendly, but I will say the other younger guys working at the front were very sweet, friendly, and helpful! I’d give them a 2 out of 5 because of the guys working the desk, I honestly don’t think I will stay at à la Quinta Inn again, the rooms look nothing like the photos, the lobby is pretty clean but the toilet in the lobby was out of order and full of poop the entire 3 days and the roof in the lobby was leaking during the rain, the elevator sounds like it was ganna break and there is only 1, they could defiantly use some maintenance and repairs! For over $100 a night i feel like motel 8 would’ve been the same experience for a better price."

"This hotel is very nice, has a bit of elegance to it without the high price tag. Upon arrival we valleyed our vehicle, staff was pleasant and our room was nice. To have your vehicle valleyed its $30 per night which was not mentioned to me but since ok since i didn't have to park my car. There is no place for breakfast in the hotel so you will have to find a place for breakfast. There is a bar lounge which is nice. Beds were comfortable and overall pleasant experience. I would stay here again if i am ever back in Chattanooga."
